Customer Experience Specialist

Be the friendly, reassuring voice of Tivmy and make every customer feel genuinely looked after.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you're often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Tivmy. You'll handle questions about orders, sizing, delivery, and returns with warmth and clarity — turning everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote within the UK, working closely with the wider team to keep our service sharp.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly, and on time
  • Resolve order, sizing, delivery, and return questions from start to finish
  • Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
  • Keep our help content and replies accurate and on-brand
  • Work with the team to keep response times fast and quality high

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Calm, patient, and genuinely helpful, even under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgement
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or customer support is a plus

Bring the Tivmy brand to life across social, grow our community, and turn followers into customers.

As our Social Media & Content Creator, you'll own how Tivmy shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You'll plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community, and use what you learn to keep getting better. You'll shape our brand voice, spot trends early, and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. This is a creative, hands-on, fully remote role with real ownership.

What you'll do

  • Plan, create, shoot, and schedule content across our channels

As our E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you'll be the engine room of Tivmy. Based at our Cambridge office, you'll make sure orders flow smoothly from checkout to doorstep — coordinating with our fulfilment centre, keeping inventory accurate, and solving the day-to-day operational puzzles that keep customers happy. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who loves bringing order to a fast-moving business.

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily order processing and coordinate with our fulfilment centre
  • Monitor stock levels and help keep inventory accurate and well-organised
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
  • Support product uploads, pricing, and store maintenance
  • Spot ways to make our operations faster, leaner, and more reliable

What we're looking for

  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new tools quickly
  • A calm, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
  • Based in or near Cambridge and able to work from our office
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus
